Tracking online is the fastest way to check the status of your shipment(s). No account, no password required. You just need the waybill number(s).
The tracking results provide real-time details of your shipment’s progress as it speeds through the DHL network. You’ll see each specific location and the reason your shipment is being handled via time stamps. Each shipment result includes all of the waybill information provided, plus additional shipment details like weight, number of pieces and the DHL Express service you selected.
Once your shipment is delivered, you will see the date, time and the name of the person who signed for the shipment.
You can track your DHL Express shipments using a personalized shipper’s reference. Adding this shipper’s reference on your waybill allows DHL account holders to differentiate shipments on their monthly invoice.
When using a shipper’s reference, sometimes it can be helpful to narrow the results by using an account number and/or shipment destination country. To track with a shipper‘s reference, you will need the following information
- Shipper’s reference noted on the waybill
- Date range when the shipment may have been sent
