SERVICE UPDATE: AD-HOC SHIPMENT PICK-UP SCHEDULE CHANGE

Effective from 27 February 2023, ad-hoc shipment booking cut-off time to receive service on the same day is adjusted to the following: 

  • Monday through Friday – 5:00 PM is the latest possible time to schedule a pickup to receive service before 7:00 PM

  • Saturday – 11:00 AM is the latest possible time to schedule a pickup to receive service before 1:00 PM

Ad-hoc pickup on public holidays are no longer available starting 22nd June. Read more here.

This is effective via any channel, including MyDHL+, other Electronic Shipping Solutions (ESS) tools, our Customer Service or ESS hotline.
