Functioning as a central hub for shipment preparation and tracking, MyDHL+ allows our customers to stay updated on all that is to know about their international couriers. We understand how important it is to have a seamless and convenient process when shipping overseas – our intuitive platform responds to the needs of exporters and importers looking for a powerful international express delivery service that is streamlined for all types of businesses. Whether you’re shipping with DHL Express for the first time or the hundredth, we’ll always get it right.

WHAT CAN YOU DO WITH MYDHL+

We have integrated most shipping services you’ll require into MyDHL+, which means you won’t have to rely on multiple applications to prepare labels, create invoices, consolidate shipping bills, schedule deliveries and track couriers.

Our goal is to make international deliveries simple for our clients – this means allowing you to ship at your convenience, on your time and always based on your needs.

Here’s a snapshot of what you can experience with MyDHL+ when you choose DHL Express:

1. Estimate prices and shipping rates

For any shipper, understanding the costs involved when shipping overseas is important for helpful cost planning. Through our portal, you can seek quotations for shipments and access the latest customs and duties rates applied when your parcel leaves the Philippines and arrives at your destination country. You can also enquire about preferential rates when you sign up for a business account with us.

2. Creating shipping labels and invoices

MyDHL+ makes it easy to prepare shipping labels and invoices on our platform. Intuitive dropdown menus, stored information such as customer addresses and product names, and helpful identification of customs codes speed up the prep process. Our preset and customisable templates, as well as samples, give you an edge when preparing shipments – it’s alright if you’re only starting out, as you’ll have all the materials you require at your fingertips. Plus, you won’t have to rely on manual work to complete any of these. Let our automated and streamlined processes do the job for you.

3. Accessing records

Whether they’re address books, shipment bills or shipping history, we have them all stored on our platform for your easy access. In the event there are issues during deliveries, or when it’s time to audit a year’s worth of shipments, you can retrieve all required information in just a few clicks. Whatsmore? You can also customize your dashboard, shipping preferences and address book in ways that facilitate backend reporting aligned to your business needs.

4. Schedule pickups and collection

When you ship with DHL Express, we take the hassle out of shipping by providing pickup and collection of your parcels for delivery. All you have to do is select your packaging materials, prepare your shipment and then schedule for us to pick up your courier for delivery. Alternatively, you can find the nearest DHL Service Centre via our platform and drop off your parcel with us. Once we receive your parcel, you can switch over to the courier tracking dashboard on MyDHL+ for real-time delivery updates.

5. Manage and track couriers

Access real-time courier tracking when you ship with DHL Express so you can have peace of mind knowing your parcel is on its way to your recipients. Should you run into any challenges post shipment, such as delays or lost couriers, you’ll be notified immediately via MyDHL+. That way, you can take the necessary measures for your customers.

Our parcel tracking service is available for recurring and one-off shipments.

Here’s an overview of the notifications you’ll receive as part of our express courier tracking service:

  • Picked up: A DHL courier has picked up your parcel. This is where your parcel tracking begins.
  • Clearance Event: Should you receive a notification of such, you may be required to provide additional information to customs authorities to prevent unnecessary delays. View our customs clearance guide for insightful tips.
  • Customs Clearance: Your shipment has been released from customs.
  • Out for Delivery: Our delivering courier has your parcel en route to your recipient.
  • Delivered: The parcel has been delivered to the destination address as stated on the shipping label. Should an alternate delivery method be requested by the recipient on demand, the tracker will indicate that the parcel has been delivered once the method of delivery is fulfilled. This is with the exception of the on-demand delivery option of 30-Day Vacation Hold.
  • Exceptions: Any unforeseen events that affect the normal delivery progress, including weather delay or delivery address not accessible/closed when our courier team arrives, our tracking platform will indicate accordingly.

Let MyDHL+ show you how shipping can be easy and hassle-free!
