The MyDHL+ Label-Free shipment process

To arrange a Label-Free shipment with MyDHL+, here’s an overview of the process:

Step 1: Select "Create a shipment."

Step 2: Fill in Shipper/Receiver details and click "Next".

Step 3: Choose "Package." Click the description box and pick the option that best describes your shipment.

Step 4: Complete the invoice information. Fields marked with (*) are mandatory while fields without (*) are optional. Input information if available. You can also uncheck the Protection option if you prefer to do without it.

Step 5: Choose "Your Own Packaging” for Packaging. Enter the Weight as “kg” and the dimension as “cm”.

Step 6: Pick the Credit Card for payment with DHL Express for your shipment.

Step 7: Choose the Shipment Date. Under “Delivery Date”, select the delivery service. Note that Express Worldwide is the standard option. 

Step 8: If necessary, select "Attach Signature" for a signature on the customs invoice. Click to add other customs documents as needed based on the destination country’s regulations.

Step 9: When the "No Printer?" prompt appears, follow the QR code instructions. Click "Drop off at DHL Service Point" as your option to provide your shipment to DHL Express.

Step 10: Click "At DHL Service Point" and then "Find a location". Input your address or postal code to locate the nearest Service Centre or DHL partner, who will help you with a label for your shipment. 

Step 11: Proceed to review the Estimated Charges for your shipment. Choose your Credit Card Option and click "Accept and Pay".

Step 12: Confirm you have received your QR Code, and securely pack your shipment. When ready, drop off your shipment at the selected DHL Service Point.
